The North Bay Labor Council is one of nearly 500 state and local labor councils acting as an arm of the AFL-CIO. Labor Councils are the heart of the labor movement. NBLC represents over 70 thousand working people and some 70 union affiliates in Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, and Marin Counties.

Support Rodney Strong Winery Workers

Workers at Rodney Strong Vineyards are organizing with Teamsters Local 665 for a fair process to form a union without threats or intimidation.

Join us at the Disco Party for Justice to stand with these workers, show your support, and help build momentum for their campaign. Every attendee helps send a clear message that our community stands with winery workers fighting for a fair union election. Buses will also be at Teamsters Local 665, 1371 Neotomas Ave in Santa Rosa. Please let us know if you'll be attending and if you'd like to hop on the bus from Santa Rosa through our RSVP form.
